Single Night Stays (Monday-Sunday): $135*

- Up to 4 guests

-$10 per additional guest after 4

Special Event Weekends: $145*

-Two-night minimum for WSU & UofI

(INCLUDES: Family Weekends, Homecoming, Graduation, football games)

Weekly Rate (5+nights or more): $115/night*

Extended Stays - 30 or more days:

We do offer extended stays at a significantly discounted rate for 30 or more days. Please inquire about rates and terms.

Check-In time: Anytime after 3:00pm

Check-out time: 11:00am

Early check-ins are only available if there is NOT a check-out the same day. Deep cleaning and repairs are done in-between check-in's and check-outs.

Cancellation Policy

We are a small business and short notice cancellations greatly impact us in re-booking those dates.

Our policy is: Cancel up to 5 days before check-in and get a full refund. Cancel within the 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable (rate + tax).
